This is more a computer hardware question than anything, but it is directly related to my bike. The TuneBoy cable attaches to a serial port, but the laptop I have only has a USB port. Anybody know what kind of adapter would make the connection and make it work?

There are USB to serial adaptors around, your local computer store should have one. I think you also need a driver but that should come with the adaptor.
