Perry,

I wish I could help you. ~2 years ago my 99 Sprint had a serious leak at the fuel tap connectors whenever cold.

I tried all kinds of standard English o-rings and metric o-rings that were all ~the correct size and none of them would seal the fuel fitting correctly.

In the end I went to the dealer (far away). The parts guy at the dealer could NOT find the o-ring in the parts listing. In a fit of desparation he went to one of the mechanics in back. The mechanic had a bag of o-rings for triumph fuel fittings but they didn't list a size. He gave me a few fittings from the bag since we couldn't figure out how to order them.

If you do find out the size, PLEASE post it.

Thanks.

Perry,

I don't know the size but was able to pick up new o-rings at the dealer when I nicked mine. My dealer had them on hand and knew what I needed. If your local dealer doesn't have them, you might call a few others and have an intelligent one send them to you by mail.
