Can the position of the Rear Brake lever be altered?

I find it is too high and would prefer it to be lower so I don't have to angle my foot up so high to reach it.

Ann: The rear brake can be lowered by adjusting the length of the shaft that goes into the master cylinder. You'll see there's a locknut and a clevis pin to pull in order to rotate the threaded shaft to lower the pedal position. good Luck, tommyturbo2
