Just replaced my America stock petcock with the Pingel petcock. The gasket that came with the kit split in half.
What material is best suited to make a replacement gasket.
Rubber, paper, cork? Also which sealant ?

Other Motorcycle: Suzuki GT750
Extra Motorcycle: CB900F FOR SALE!
Depending on what I have available at the moment, I have used all three with sucess. I would probably start with the rubber and some Permatex.
