Newbie here, I am short and am looking at a purchase of a Trophy; can they be lowered; I have used GMD COMPUTRACK to lower other bikes with aftermarket custom shocks, etc, great job but $$$$$$$; also someone said the earlier models are not as top heavy; less fairing, I am small at 5'5", thanks, Dogdoc :???:

You can take one link out of the chain and rotate the chain adjusters 45 degrees forward. In this position the rear axle will be about an inch higher, thus lowering the rear end about an inch.

I have read where some suggest pulling the forks through the yokes some to lower the front as well. Sounds like a good idea but I didn't do that and I have no problems with handling.

One thing to consider: With it lowered it's a little harder to get up on the centerstand.

Hi Dogdoc,
I left you a suggestion on the Trophy site, if you want to take a glance at it.
