Aloha all,
Just an update, I've had to re-tighten my bolt once since doing the repair. This weekend at idle it did sound like it might be coming loose again.
The thought of putting some Loctite between the shaft and impeller has crossed my mind. The last repair done by the dealer the mechanic used what looked like silicone gasket sealer around the base of the impeller.
