The NHTSA would be happy to hear from you.

NHTSA Complaint Site

If the NHTSA gets enough complaints, they ask the manufacturer to issue a recall. If they don't, NHTSA forces them to do a recall.

Spoke problems?!! I discovered a broken rear spoke this weekend on my T100. I wasn't too concerned until I read your post. Specifically, what problems are you talking about?

This is the first 05 I've heard of but the Broken Spoke issue is a big one.
