I bought this a while back... It was listed as a Tracy Body for a 1974 KZ900 - when I got it home it was appearant that it was not for my KZ - I was told that it may be for a Triumph.... possibly a hurricane... does anyone have any ideas? If this would do better under a different topic let me know.

Dude, I think that is for a Hurricane. Where did you get it?

There's a fellow from Cleveland on the site with an X-75. His name is narrowminded. Maybe contact him for confirmation?

I got the body kit off of ebay from a local motorcycle salvage yard... they listed it to fit a kz900 so bought it thinking it would look cool on the bike.... it a bit small for the bike

It's not a Hurricane body, although it looks vaguely like one.

I contacted Craig Vetter... Vetter fairings... Like OH my God already.. - He said

"Yep. It is a Tracy body kit, all right. All I see here is a copy of my 1969 design for the Triumph Hurricane. It troubled me to see Tracy doing this 30 years ago. It doesn't feel any better today. I had nothing to do with Tracy stuff so I really cannot help you. But, have a very Merry Christmas, Bill.

Craig"

NEAT... Still does not fit my KZ :hammer:
