Hi All

Ive now joined the club so to speak, as i have just bought a 1993 Daytona 1200.

Havent had much of a chance to ride her yet as after picking her up I noticed that the fork seals had gone and she needs a few minor adjustments prior to MOT.

After looking around her in more detail I am now confused regarding the rear wheel/tyre ! The specs seem to say that a 1993 bike should have a 180/55 ZR17 rear, but mine has a 160/60 ZR18 !

Can anyone shed any light on this please ?

And if its wrong should I be worried ? Will it adversley effect the handling ?

are you sure the bike has the correct wheel on it, if so how wide is the wheel?

The wheel looks like its the same as the front, but I havent given it a close look.
