so far im doing ok with my 67 650 build but one thing i could use info on is how much oil and what type goes in the front fork what i have inside was what looked like a 12inch or so tube like conduit elec.1//2 type and 18inchs or so of inch spring and is there a place to get new seals i was thinking of putting in 50w for now till i stop the minor leak ill take some pics and post im sure ther not stock tubes with a hardtail would be nice to have some cush in front

First off, a '67 should have external springs covered by a rubber boot, and they should only be about 8" or so long.
Sounds like you've got some other type of fork, or, someone converted the originals to an internal spring setup. 50 weight oil would probably make it feel like there are no springs in it at all; your dentist would love you as the fillings would be jarred from your teeth.
