I'm riding a '98 Sprint Exec. and would love to upgrade my front damping rod forks to cartridge dampers like the Sprint Sport and TBS have. Does anyone have enough fork experience to know what might fit from an asian bike? The forks on my Sprint are Kayaba. BTW, I just mounted up some Hayabusa six pot calipers, sourced on ebay for $75. Don't know if they're that much better but they look serious!

Mount up the larger master cylinder from the Super III or the Daytona 1200 SE and you will feel a difference with the 6 pots.

It's a 5/8 bore master cylinder.

Yes, I have the 5/8 dia cylinder. It would seem that the later classic Sprints came with that size. BTW, I have a spare 5/8 Nissin master cylinder that came with the 'busa brakes if you know anyone that needs one. It appears to be the same with a generic resavoir cover.

HootieST suggested the RaceTech parts. I went that route the first summer that I owned this bike. It is not a bad system for the old damper tube fork. The down side is that the gold valves are not the easiest to get to since they install beneath the fork springs. Plus, there is no rebound adjustment. BTW, RaceTech seems to have the tendency to suggest very stiff springs. I went with their lightest recommendation and the front is still too stiff. It seems that Cycle World had the same experience with a ZZR project bike.
