Hi Don.

Although I have not used them yet, when I do replace the rear shock, Hagon is probably the way I will go.

They are a respected name but do not quite carry the same heavy price tag that other 'names' do.

Might be worth having a word with www.sprintmanufacturing.co.uk , they have a wealth of Hinckley Triumph experience.

Nige.

Thanks Nige,
Dave Quinn Motorcycles is the US distributor for Hagons. I have a pair of Hagon rear shocks for my Honda Pacific Coast. I have not put them on since I am having the rear tire (back ordered) changed and I was gonna have the shop do both at the same time.

When I replace the rear shock on my Tbird.. I will be going with a Hagon.

I'll let the group know how it goes.

Hi all:

To revisit an old thread, my riding style may force me to replace my monoshock, and I'm thinking about a Hagon. Has anyone out there actually used them, and do you like it? I need a shock that's somewhat "stiffer" than the stock one. I'm looking for an unbiased opinion, or I'd just call Dave Quinn Motorcycles and ask.

Thanks for your input. Ride hard (that's why I need a different shock!).

To Wes:

Let me know how the Hagon shock goes. Also, what mileage are you at? (I'm trying to get a feel for how long the shock will last)

Tks, Colin
