nearly a whole year the poor old girl has been sitting on the bench inaccessible due to circumstances beyond my control.Hack bike gs750 been taking up all my time with various problems but all sorted now and just had a new machine given to me 79 z1000 mkII,will start tinkering with it but got a few $'s ready to spend on daytona valve collets, rubber ware and chains so that must take priority

With recent move into the city managed to make some space in the living room for my old girl.Got her together as far as i can without buying parts but ordering a few bits next week so i can get the engine closed up and tanks mounted.
Good to have the number of boxes and containers of parts steadily decreasing.
Got some alum to dissolve out timing case pp drive screw but dont want to make up a heap of solution so will get aluminium oven liner ,shape it to the timing cover and sit it over a saucepan to heat
