Shrugger's 1970 T120R Bonneville 650
So I've decided on a Rider restoration. Never understood the point of trailer Queens that couldn't be ridden.
Bought this bike off eVilbay. With the exception of the Zener egg, exhaust pipes, fenders, seat and handle bars.
It's pretty much complete. Though several parts do need replaced. There's also an HD rim on the back that I think I'll keep.
As I have time, I'll work on catching up this thread to where I'm currently at. But for now, here's what I started with.

first milestone done.
cost me double what I was expecting however, it needed quite
a lot of professional attention. Looks like a brand new head right!
Everything needed replaced but the exhaust spigots.

Nice one shrugger,
Looks like they've done a good job! It's nice when you reach each milestone, you need it to keep the enthusiasm up
So whats next?

Didn't feel much like pulling it out of the box for pix. So I borrowed
this from Morgo's web site. 750cc big bore kit.
While I'm not too concerned that every part be OEM Triumph. This
will be one part that won't at least look Triumphy.
and another from Dave Quinn motorcycles

I don't know about that Quinn setup; will it be an in-line, v-4 or radial?
