Awesome job on that chop. Nice clean lines. Great choice on the girder too. I was surprised to see the custom bolt on hardtail. That's one sweet ride ya' got there.

Dean, it would be great if you could "back-fill" the story of your bikes' build, along with pix of the "donor" bike and the build progress..

Are you kidding? This is one of the more popular sections of the forum (personally, my favorite).
The more details, info, and pix, the better!
By the way, although chopper are not my personal preference, your bike looks like one of the better productions I've seen. Very good craftsmanship and integration, not too gaudy of "mismatched" looking. How does it run, and how about the handling with that much rake, etc.?

Thanks I didnt wanyt to make her all over done just nice smooth lines. She running fairly welll , thanks to this forum she starts on the first kick everytime now.
All she wants to do is go straight thought nwith all that front rake..shes a beast to drive in town but boy do I get the looks. Ive actually had people clapping when I came to stop light that was a great feeling..
I BROKE A CLUTCH CABLE today trying to adjust the things I adjust the pushrod on the back side of the chaincase but then I put the cable back on up at thehandle bars It felt sooooo tight and I squeezed way to hard and broke the cable (pulled the round of the end)..now I have to find a cable quickly.
Why would my clutch hand feel like it only moves 3/4 of an inch, seems like it not "pulling" anything when I squeeze it

You need to make sure your entire clutch setup is operating properly and freely. The lever adjustment, ball ramp, spring adjustment, and pressure plate adjuster gap all have to be correct, and a good quality free-moving cable is a big plus.
An optimally adjusted clutch pushrod only needs to move 1/4 to go from totally free to totally locked up. That should be translated from a clutch lever with about 1/8" free play in the cable to about 3/4 of a "full pull" on the lever; the last 1/4 pull is wasted motion.
