T20S rebuild

Well, this is my one and only baby (thank god ). It's a 1960 T20S with enough rust to chock an elephant. At the moment the thing is mostly pieces in a box in the corner of my garage awaiting the engine to come apart.

Oh, and before I forget the reason it looks like it was left under a tree in a field for 30ish years is because it was. At least it only have 246 miles on it .

Howdy.

That's going to make a fantastic "before" and "after" comparison!

I am also rebuilding t20s. 1961. I have received the entire bike in boxes. It may be helpful for us to share our rebuilding experiences on these two. I will post some pics after XMAS, as I will be preparing the engine first.

Good Luck!!

hi,

I've got a 56 plunger cub in the garage and another 59/60 in tiny parts waiting to be rebuilt.

Google cub forum and Mike estall. The guys on the foruyum are pretty good and Mike wrote an excellent book on cubs
