It's an aftermarket chopper style fender, cheopped to suit some previous owner back in the 70s, but just what the client wanted.

That is a nice piece of work, clean. I do like the bars, it looks like you might be able to fit stock '78 hand controls on them, mounting lugs might be a problem though.
