This is a scan of a 1968 ex-Lancashire Police TR6P i modded in the early 90's.
Front end is from a Suzuki GT250, instant disc brake!
The front end went straight onto the frame, although i did a similar mod several years previously to a friends unit T100, so i knew i wouldn't have too much bother fitting it.
The pipes are stainless straight-through's , meeting under the frame and both pipes exit just before the rear wheel, with slash cuts.
The rear wheel is a BSA A10 hub, laced to a 16" chrome rim.
The seats were custom made and the tank was a twin-cap mustang.
The oil tank was custom made from a washing machine body, with the oil pipes from a BSA C15 oil tank.
Had to wear a kidney belt when riding it, the roads around Wales aren't very kind to a hard-tail...ouch!
