I know the feeling. Most of my one wheel antics gone wrong involved me and tail bone pain, and/or bent rear fenders. I learned that having one's foot in close proximity to the rear brake pedal helped tremendously.

Ha, brilliant.
I went through a phase of wheelying on my LC250 in the early 80's.
Love the Kenny Roberts jacket, i sprayed the LC in that style, cool.
