To those that have Purchased TuneBoy,

I ordered the Triumph starter kit a few days ago from http://www.tuneboy.com.au/. I used the online ordering through PayPal and sent my payment. I recieved a notification from PayPal that payment was recieved by TuneBoy, but have not had ANY response from TunBoy. I have sent a few e-mail questions that have also gone unanswered. I'm getting a bit worried.

I have a few questions for those of you who have purchased it.

1) Is this normal?
2) How long did it take you to recieve your order?
3) Is there any other way to contact them, other than e-mail?
4) Did you recieve any notification that they recived/shipped your order?
5) Are they still in business?

Sorry if I seem a bit paranoid, but I have been burned online before. Never for $310.00 US, but enough to make me worry when I don't recieve any response from the seller.

Thank in advance,

Ed

Hayduke,
Maybe it is just Easter. Australians have a habit of taking some time off as we have a 4 day official holiday. Maybe they are riding in the hills?
Have they got back to you this week???

Hi Edward,

Sorry I haven't got back to you yet - busy week.

Thankyou for your purchase.

We ship twice a week. Your order should leave here on Tuesday or Wednesday. It will be sent via air mail and should reach you within about 5-10 working days. We ship via regular air mail which doesn't give you a tracking number unfortunately. (We have never lost an order so I wouldn't worry about it too much.) Once you have received your TuneBoy cable and have installed the software, your TuneEdit key will be emailed to you. See our Getting Started Tutorial on our webpage for more detail. Please let us know if you need any help support@tuneboy.com.au.

Kind regards,

Emma Macdonald

Sq4rider,

Did you get your code yet? If so how long did it take and are you happy with your purchase?

It has been a while, but I recall getting the unlock code (key) by return email in something like 48 hours. They don't waste much time under normal circumstances.

I got the software in the mail in five business days and got the code about 30 secs after I requested it. Not bad at all. Only p0roblem is that the old laptop I'm running it on has a finicky version of win 2K that wont let me run the basic tuneboy. Tuneedit runs great. I'm installing xp to the laptop now and will keep you posted.
