Great new tool I found

If you have ever had a problem finding deep sockets that are deep enough, I have the tool for you. It's called a Gear Ratchet and it's like a socket set, but the ratchet attaches on the OUTSIDE of the socket. So say you have a long bolt or piece (like the AI injector) with a nut at the bottom, you just slip on the socket over the bolt or piece, and then slip on the extensions until you "build up" enough depth. Slip on the ratchet and away you go. I bought a set at Sears today and they really helped me out. I just thought I'd pass it on. No affiliation with the company, blah, blah, blah.

I have a set of these:

From GearWrench about $50 for the 7pc

And these:

From Craftsman these were a gift, but run about $100 for the 7pc

I love them and use them all the time. I just squeaked my ai off with mine but there wasn't much room to turn the wrench but a click or two at a time.
They're good quality too. I've had them for years, put lots of torque on them and never had one fail. Gearwrench was the original and make the straight and swivel head. I think the Craftsman ones are the same exact wrenches, just labeled different, but don't quote me on that. The swivel heads are nice and have a lock to hold the angle but they are bulkier than the straight ones.

Gohm, I got the $ 50 set. Seems pretty complete. Here it is.....

Pete, Similar, but these are sockets that slip over a bolt or piece and then use a ratchet like your showing that grips the outside of the socket. Check the linky if you're interested.
