Winter storage

I am going to put my 04 Daytona into winter storage,my question is as this is the first injected bike I have had what should I do about the old fuel?. on my 1994 triple I simply would drain the carbs out and add stabilizer. Any help please.

AFAIK, it's essentially the same. Add stabilizer, run the bike for a bit to get the stabilized fuel into the injectors, & Bob's your uncle. (Of course, I'm probably the last person you want to ask: All my bikes have had carbs & I ride year-round. )

Cheers,
-Kit

Thanks Kit, I thought that might be the case, whatever you do don't sell your carbed bike as much as I like the daytona , I would not sell my 1994 Speed Triple for nothing.the old engine is just amazing sound the lot.

No problem. Believe me, my Trident isn't going away: I just replaced the head gasket & I can't afford a new bike!

Cheers,
-Kit
