What kind of tool do I need to remove the tank badges from my 99 Legend?

Not 'just' a Torx, but Security TORX or Tamper Resistant TORX ...............

I got a set at Sears for about $20 last year these look like the same thing but the ad doesn't say security- they were on a card hanging with other 'special tools'.
