what you guys think of a TRIUMPH BOYER ELECTRONIC IGNITION kit for my 71 tr6c.my lucas unit looks pretty bad. the kit has the new coils also for the right ohms. are they better then buying a new lucas one.

You'd probably get a better response to your question in the classic's section of the forum, located just above the cafe section.

I have heard of quality control issue's with boyer to answer your question...but alot of people do seem to run them.

If it were me considering the year of your bike, I'd stick to original.
