Does anyone have any experience in fitting a sidecar to a Trident or similar. I assume that I will need to fabricate a subframe to take the front upper andlower mountings but am unsure about the rear top mount as on older bikes this often goes to the rear subframe which is much more substantial than on the trident.

You may wish to have a word with these people: Unit Sidecars

They have experience of fitting sidecars to a number of Triumph T300 models (Tiger, Thunderbird, etc.......).
