The bike tracks left with handlebars straight. How do I adjust?

Often if you drop a bike even while at a stop you can easily fix that. Loosen the axl, the fender and the bottom triple clamps. Then sit on the bike and push the front wheel up against a wall and thrust the forks down a bunch of times. Or i think you can even forego the wall and just hold the front brake and do it, tho i'd put it against a wall to be sure because i'm not 100% sure of doing it with just the brakes. Works perfectly as i can attest to. Forgot my kickstand wasn't down last weekend and when i let it down it went to the floor. After that it felt a bit wierd like it was pulling to one side like you said. Very slight, but i could tell it wasn't quite right. Did the above fix and now it feels perfect again.

My wife crashed her EX500 and we had that problem. The thing was, her forks were flexed. you fould see it warping the front fender. The top of the triple tree was cocked a bit from the lower part and it was flexing the forks funny. If it looks straight, but tracking one way or another, you may want to check and make sure thats not what the problem is.. All I had to do was loosen the nut on the triple tree and it sorted itself out.

I'm not sure of the terminology, so bear with me. The forks are held by two brackets - the lower bracket has four allen bolts. The upper has two allen bolts. The upper bracket has the ignition switch and the handlebars attached. This bracket has a big chrome nut on the top.
Which of these pieces of hardware do I loosen?

They're called "triple clamps", and the one to loosen is the lower one. Leave the top ones tightened of the forks will slide up thru them ! So just the lower triple clamp, axl, and fender need to be loosened.
