What are the best (SORRY COULDNT RESIST), I just purchased a set of Contis for my S-3 and my dealer quoated me a price of $53.00 a tire to removed the wheels from bike mount and balance tires and reinstall wheels is that a decent price ?????

You can save quite a bit by removing the wheels yourself. Get a 46 mm or a 1 13/16 socket to remove the rear, and the front is easy too. It helps to have front and rear stands. I bring my wheels and new tires to my dealer, and the cost is 30 bucks.

Wouldnt it be better to let them install the wheels so if they are not bal properly it would be on them to redo the labor .

I'm not following. The dealer can static or spin balance the tire wheel combo at the dealer. Putting them on the bike isn't going to affect the balance... :hammer:
