i am working on a 1974 tr5t, what i wanted to know is what gear oil can i use? the oils in the book don't exist.

If its the same as 650/750 twins:
Any 80w90 gear oil, its everywhere, supply assured.

I have always had a soft spot for that specific model- a polished alloy tank gets my attention every time! Does it have yellow or red for tank trim?

The 73 model was yellow and the last year 1974 was red.
