Biltwell Root Beer & Sunset Orange Megaflake Metalflake Helmet

Just in today from Biltwell, Inc, new megaflake 3/4 open face helmets. Root Beer has been sold out for a long time and now is available with multiple improvements, as is the new orange.

"This is the next generation of Biltwell helmets. It's the same lightweight and comfortable shell but with a few significant upgrades. The flake is much bigger and crisper, hence the "Megaflake" name. Vintage style chrome strip around the opening is pure class and only available on a Biltwell. The new liner now has detail stitching and contrasting ventilated panels in the top. The embossed goggle strap has a new shape and an improved snap."

Thumbs up

I need me one of those! I just received my first Biltwell helmet from you guys in blue metal flake and I freakin LOVE IT! And not for nothing, you guys are freakin FAST! If I order early in the week, I get my package by the end of the week. I got nothing but positive things to say about Lowbrow Customs....

Got an orange Biltwell 2 yrs. ago. Most comfortable helmet I've ever worn. Bill & the guys at Biltwell are standup guys, support them whenever you can.

Well, I used to just leave it on my bar end, that is until someone STOLE it off my bike, in broad daylight! The perp,(you know who you are! Downtown Riverside) was actually riding at the time! He pulled up, scoped it, grabbed it and hit the throttle. It's cool though, because I got a Shoei afterwards, which is far better quality then the one I was rockin'.
Everybody knows you don't mess with a fellow rider's gear, but I won't wish any bad tidings on the "fellow rider", for he probably needs it more than me. I just picked up a Biltwell Megaflake 3/4 from our buddy "Slim", and will just carry it around with me, or leave it in a buddy's car

slightly modified...

I have a gloss black one, it is VERY comfortable and I wear it all the time. I like it, mainly because it`s small. I wouldn`t want to rely on it in a major stack, though, probably has about as much protection as a knitted woolen hat. If they ever bring out a union jack version, I`m buying it!
