Hi Dave,
These saddle bags are:
LH Side: Triumph Leather Pannier Slanted – LH A9528011 (for America/Speedmaster). To fix it I made a small metal frame to keep it close to the bike (the original Triumph frame keeps it far too wide)

Sixty8 seat, Napoleon bar end mirrors, Triumph flyscreen, NB min-tach, Lucas style taillight, repositioned rear bullet turn signals, front bullet turn signals. All that is missing is an orange racing stripe on the tank and Ace Cafe decals on the side panels.
