Got a barn-find 2001 Bonnie on eBay, cleaned and rejetted the carbs, replaced the tires, switched to a mini-speedo, Biltwell Tracker bars, and mini indicators, removed the rear fender, made a fender eliminator, bobbed the front fender, and removed the airbox baffle and right-side mirror. Although my previous bike was a 375 lb Kawasaki Ninja 650 streetfighter, I really like this Bonnie. It cost about than $4,200 total.

I just bought a 2010 SE and transformed it into the SE100. A utilitarian bike for the discerning Midwestern dirtbag.
The other is my 1972 Bonne-tiger the day I saw it and its current incarnation.

Looking back there have been quite a few changes over the years. It seems I just keep pulling things off the bike as she gets slimmer and slimmer.

Brought her home 3 1/2 years ago looking very classic indeed and totally stock.

The classic cafe racer style.

Solo seat style. The most comfortable configuration

Now. Low seat, tracker bars, 5 3/4" headlight, trimmed fenders, etc.

Thanks, it's fun to look back and see the evolution.

It is a custom made seat from Texavina. The quality is top notch, actually surprise me a bit. Black metal seat pan, high quality vinyl, and great craftsmanship. It is a direct bolt on swap as well, easy to swap back when the wife wants a ride?
