Has anyone heard of or used a 41 tooth sprocket, I'd like to
try one on my T-bird. I'm mostly on straight highway and wouldn't mind a little less rpm's.
Thanks

You might run out of chain clearance with a smaller rear sprocket and have the chain dragging on the swingarm.

A larger front sprocket would be a better idea. Aside from the clearance issue it would also wear longer.

The ratios between a 17:41 and 18:43 are pretty close, so it's worth looking at.

I just put a 19tooth on the fron of my adventurer. At 75mph, the RPM's are down about 500. Not sure how good the milage is yet. One thing I have noticed is that I have more of buzzing in my handlebars that cause my hands to go numb. (not sure if it is related)

Acceleration will be a little slower.
