Since I bought my TBS used I have no idea if the 43 teeth sprocket is the original size on TBS. Would anyone know if the 43 is "normal" on the TBS.
I am thinking of putting a 45.

Yup, 43 is stock on a TBS. 45 should give you some stronger acceleration
