Time for a change .. the Legend moves on.

Well, it was time for a change, so I sold my 99 Legend.

I just wanted to thank everyone that contributes to this seemingly infinite source of information around the Triumph Classic Triples! I've gleaned many tips and ideas from visiting this forum, and have enjoyed all the pics and suggestions.

Best of luck to everyone!

PS - I have a Thunderbike 3-into-1 chrome exhaust system and (3) new in the box RU-2780 K&N pod air filters left over if anyone is interested (both are listed in the Classifieds!).

I was real close to buying a new black bonnie ... but am having 2nd thoughts.

I am also looking at the Moto Guzzi Breva 1100 ... pretty cool bike, and you don't see one on every corner.

Those Guzzi's are nice. The Stone I have is taking a lot of riding time away from the Legend. I am getting ready to attend the AMA Vintage days in Ohio later this month and Triumph is supposed to unveil 2 of the new 2009 models.

If I was looking for a change,I would consider a Guzzi. I like the 1200s. But my Super111 is also nice

My choice of a Guzzi would be the V7 Classic. But I don't think they are importing them to the U.S. yet....

a V11 Classic would be even better.....
