Could you please suggest a manual for my T'Bird?It has to be
as detailed as possible because my English isn't so good in mechanical details

You really can't beat the Haynes manual for the price.
Look on ebay or Amazon etc.
I think that is the one to start with.
Triumph also produced a shop manual but it is more expensive.
Sometime you get lucky and find one of the Triumph manuals on eBay for $20.00 to $30.00 (usd).
