Where exactly is the leak coming from - I take it you have replaced the float bowl seal?

If it's not from that seal (actually even if it is) it's possible that either your float valves are worn or you are getting dirt/rust down from the tank and blocking them open. Either way you should clean out the tank and carbs and add a fuel filter.

Wear seems unlikely at the milage, but tank rust seems very likely - this bike has sat around a lot.

I had this problem on another bike several years ago,
it turned out that one of the float valves was sticking.
This stopped the floats rising up and thus caused the bowl to flood.

If you do as Mick suggests then you should be able to cure the problem.

Weather is starting to pick up, so get cracking!!

Leaking all the time or just when sitting?
Are you turning the petcock off?
Mine will leak pretty bad if I leave the petcock on.
Your bike has low miles but enough years the carbs may need internal seals and/or float valve replaced.
I just bought the parts to rebuild my Mikunis.
