re jetting and adjusting FCR 39

Just put the FCR 39 carb on the bike and while it sounds great it acts as if it is too lean, dieing if given too much throttle at low RPMs but fine after 2grand or so. The trouble is I have no idea where any adjustment screws are as the diagrams included with the carbs are of no help. Anyone got any info on this situation?

Well, FCRs aren't CVKs, and it's very easy to give the FCRs too much throttle at low rpms -- something that you can't do with the CVKs!

If you're not experienced with manual operation carbs it will take you a while to get used to them.

The FCRs also have accelerator pumps so you might need to do a bit of adjustment on those. They give a splash of gas when the throttle is opened quickly so they are worth checking for adjustment.

Still sitting in the shop

I cant wait to take this out for a spin however I live on a gravel road so I havent taken it out for a spin due to the velocity stacks and the lack of any filtration...

Yeah, you may want to go to pod filters.

I was originally going to go with the velocity stacks, but the guy I bought them convinced me to get the adapters and K&N pod filters.

Don't risk it.
