New jets for the 2002 T-bird. Up-grade?

Hi, what is the difference between the jets that are offered for the 1995 to 1997 Thunderbird and the later T-birds? Dynojet doesn't offer a jet kit for my 2002 Thunderbird, can I use the 95-97 jet kit? What kind of performance difference would I get compared to the stock jets?
I think I need to remove my carbs to have them looked at. (bike won't rev over 4,500 RPM's, and stalls if I hold it there). It starts fine, runs fine till I get to 4,500 RPM's, then it stall but will start back up. The bike has 3,000 miles on it.
I drained the 2 outside carbs, I didn't find any water in them, but I am unable to drain the middle carb. So if I need to have them out, and the problem might be jet related, what should I use for new jets? The Dyno jets are $125.00
Would anyone have another sugestion? Ron.

T-Bird Carbs

Early T-Birds used Mikuni carbs, yours has Keihins.
If you have a stock bike (airbox and pipes) I wouldn't mess with the jets. Maybe you have gunk in the bottom of your tank, clogged fuel filters, or maybe gummed up carbs. Maybe mice have set up housekeeping in your airbox.
Drain tank, how's the flow? Any rust? Remove the petcock and check/clean the screen. Reinstall petcock.
There might be some in-line little filters in the fuel lines, you should check them too.
Refill the tank with some fresh gas and add some fuel system cleaner like techron or seafoam.
Ride out a tank or two and see if it improves.

Like Courtney says, no reason to mess with the bike if your set up is 100% stock. If you are opening up pipes, installing a K&N, etc., jets might be worth considering.

I drained the 2 outside carbs, no water in them. I couldn't loosen the middle carb screw to check that one. I took the gas tank off today. I turned the fuel on and the gas flows fine and clean. I took the air hose off the back of the tank and blew in it. The air only flows one way thru the tube. I didn't check the air cleaner yet. I put the tank back on and the engine still starves for gas at 4,500 RPM's than stalls.

Take off the tipover valve and the tube that goes to the ground and try it again.

If there's no change, try it on 'RES' and 'RUN' and see if there's a difference.

If the problem remains, it's the carbs and not the fuel supply.
