Anybody fit the TBS D&Ds on their Legend?

Still struggling with solutions to quality aftermarket exhaust. Looked at so many threads and see few quality options for the Legend. Not wanting the TORs or the Emgos.
Recently almost bought SuperTrapps but found out the brackets need to be welded so before I do that I'll check on other options...

Does anyone have D&Ds on a Legend? How did you do it?

I'm not sure what you're after, but I fitted aftermarket TOR's I ordered from Hap's Cycle in Florida. 941-365-3443. Kevin in parts, Denny in Service. I originally wanted a different header/combo, but the nearest 3to1 was $750. These I got for $100/pair, and I punched what little baffle was in there out, the sound might be loud for some, but I love it. I also fitted the intakes from a '96-'99 speed triple, pods, and rejet. How much are you looking to spend?

I guess if they're aftermarket, they aren't TOR's, but you get the idea.

Had some D&D's on a Buell M2 Cyclone. Good performance but mighty loud. Ears would be ringing for a while after a long hard ride.

Just ordered the D&D 900-13R, TBird exhaust. They only show the 900-13S for the sport on their site but seems they still carry the regulars (straight inlet/muffler), which I hope will fit the Legend with a little 'encouragement'. Should have them Friday to fit over the weekend. Ran $505. I plan on putting in a K&N filter that I've had on the shelf awaiting new exhaust. Spent last night looking at jetting threads for ideas. I should have some interesting comments first of next week.

Any input would be great??!!!!

Guess that answers your question on what I'm willing to spend, huh Poke?
Recently I had considered putting Triple cams in but the Cha-CHING got a bit high. That'll be next year's mod ;-}

Dyno's at 68.7 this past year with drilled out stock pipes. I've had popping but didn't adjust since I planned on doing it with the new exhaust. Hope to see a decent increase with these mods...

Buelly, guess I won't forget my plugs anymore!

I'd like to try to record them somehow and post a link... not worth it unless I can get quality sound.

I have installed D&D 3 into 2 mufflers with very easy mods to the brackets. They look and sound awesome! Wish I knew it would be so easy and sound so killer, I would have never waited! Need to rejet as I had already had some popping from drilling out my stock pipes last summer. My bike is in pieces because I am going to put pod filters in and need feedback from another post for this endeavor. I will provide pics of all mod progressions after I get it together and confirm performance via the Dyno.

Appreciate the help!

Right now she's all in pieces 'till I get the pods in place... not torturing myself with the stock air box.
Should have pics next week after I get 'er running this week.
