Are the lenses on Classics sufficiently generic that they can be sourced elsewhere? What I'd like to do is fit clear lenses with orange bulbs at the front and red lenses at the back.
I know I can replace the indicators as a whole with aftermarket items but that doesn't really appeal.

If you ever do find the clear lenses, you can take an orange bulb and spray paint it with a light coat of silver spray paint. When the bulb flashes, it will flash orange.
Ricers use that technique all the time.
Not that I am one, you understand... :clown:

I read once that some Triumph turn signals are same as some used by BMW. I cannot verify that, but if you have a BMW dealer nearby, it's probably worth stopping in there with a lens in hand.

Thanks for the input, chaps!
Spyda... I'm a bit puzzled though. If I take an orange bulb, paint it silver and it will flash orange? Can't I just cut out the middle-man?

Sure, but by doing what I suggested, you will not see the "orange " bulb inside a clear lens which, IMHO, looks silly...
