Seems my clutch master took too much of a hit when I layed it down... no pressurem output...
Anyone know where i can get one?

Yes, pretty much any Kawasaki (and some other Japanese makes) with the same square type m/c uses exactly the same Nissin part.

Yes, bled it as best I can without much pressure out of the cyl.

I don't know what master cyl is on your '95, but I once had one jammed on a suzuki, and I took a rod long enough to touch the piston from the output fitting, and tapped it with a hammer. It freed up and two years later still works perfectly. It may be worth a try. I didn't even take mine off the bars. The piston was just jammed.

To go along with shortys' suggestion. I think I'd disassemble and reassemle it to see if you can see any damage and perhaps get it working before sourcing another. :-D

pulled the push rod out.... put it back... piston moves freely, seems like its trying to make pressure... but doesn't push any fluid... the rubber boot seems to be on there REAL good... anyone know how to dismantle this puppy?

*****! Took it apart, didn't see anything wrong with it... rebuilt it anyway... Clutch still wont release... bled it and bled it and bled it... still only getting about 1/4 inch travel at the slave...

The trouble may be with the slave cylinder?
