I would like to know if anybody has information on the thread size of the temp light sending unit on a 2001 T-Bird. I want to replace the idiot light with a guage that reads the temperature
Thanks.

I would be most interested in what guage you intend using and how you mount it as I am considering doing the same on my '04.

To Wombat,

The gauge I'm looking at is made by Equus, they also sell a Metric adapter kit that has several different size fittings in it.As for mounting the gauge I haven't decided yet where I'll mount it.

Thanks,

Looks good.

I have thought that a flat bracket mounted above and between the speedo/tach would look ok. The bracket could mount on the top 2 screws that hold the idiot light bezel in place.
