They may still be available?

Just watched a pair of pannier rails sell on EBAY for £122 plus post, they are still available from Triumph for approx £70 posted, cheaper if you collect from dealer, Just ordered a pair. Think we should all check before putting in silly bids.

And again 2 sets of chrome outriggers sold for £96 and £95, took me about 15 emails but I found a set on a dealers shelf £55 brand new.

My experience selling and buying on ebay is about the same.
I've seen things go for more $ than what you would spend to buy them elsewhere. I've sold items that went for way more than I expected and really what I thought they were worth. Shame on me though; I didn't try to talk them into paying less.

Ebay is great for those things that simply can't be found otherwise. At least not without a lot of research and luck.

Yes I agree, a great source for obsolete items and for shifting gear you no longer need, just dont be silly.
