Adventurer Brake Pads

I need new brake pads on both the front and rear of my '96 Adventurer. On my dirt bikes, I usually run sintered pads for longevity in harsh conditions. I have come across occasions where the sintered pads grossly accelerate disc wear compared to organic pads. I was just curious whether anybody has any input on sintered pad/stock Triumph disc material compatability. Has anybody had any problems with disc wear?

Yes I had a bad experience with HH pads. I fitted some to the rear of my Thunderbird at about 20,000 miles. At the time the disc was like new.

By the time 24,000 miles came around the disc was shot. I had to replace it because it had worn unevenly. I would steer clear of HH pads and stick to GG.

Thank You for your quick response! I want to order pads today and I am going to go "Organic".
