Carb Balance Question

I did the air-box mods and rejetting to my TBS back in June and at the time I checked the balance of the carbs and it was close enough that I was not going to try to get it any better.

Not long after doing all this, I stacked my other bike and the TBS has sat for close to 4 months while I have healed.

The TBS is now running like a pig, which I am assuming is from gummed up carbs.
I have some carb cleaner in the tank at the moment but have not done enough miles to make any appreciable difference yet.
So to my question,
If a jet in one carb is more blocked than in the others (which I think may be the case), would that show up on the carb balance tool?

Thats a curly one. Stick em on and see what happens. I dont think it should change unless its actually backfiring on that cylinder.(Carb backfire I mean)

The problem is most likely a gummed up pilot jet. Seeing as you are running on the pilots when balancing the carbs, it should show up clearly on the gauge.

A carb balance compares the vacuum at the engine side of the carbs after the throttle butterfly.

The butterfly opening at idle is very small but it's still much larger than the combination of pilot air and pilot fuel jets that supply emulsion via the transfer ports, so you're not going to see a blocked pilot fuel jet during carb balancing.

You might be able to see a blocked pilot air jet, but that's doubtful.
