No rejetting is 'required' when going to the open carb rubbers, but you'll probably want to set the mixture screws to 2-1/2 turns. That's the consensus setting for otherwise stock carbs.
It might also be a good time to clean out the float bowls and check the little 'duckbill' filter hidden inside the fuel inlet 'T' on the carbs.
Also, inspect the rubber hoses carefully and replace any that show signs of cracking or hardening.
