corbin seat luggage rack and turn signal mod

Here is what one can do with unlimited free time and access to a shop.

I was unable to find a luggage rack that would fit with my corbin gunfighter seat so I fabricated one out of rebar and some iron plate.

Also note the turn signal mod. I pulled both the front and read turn signal spacers replaced the front spacers with the ones from the back. Then I cut off the outside threaded portion of the front spacer which screwed into the turn signal and used it to attach the bulb housing to the aluminum piece on the rear fender.

Excellent! A little bondo to fill in the welds and you're good to go (you might be surprised how oftne body fillers are used).

Thumbs up

Very Nice! I've always thought a little welding skill would be handy. I wonder how much a local shop would charge to chrome that for you.
