The Adventurer and Thunderbird items had differing mounting points making the items unique so the answer is no. The adventurer items are quite scarce.

There's a backrest and rack for your T-Bird on ebay right now. I've got a 99 Adventurer and would be willing to buy the backrest you have, if you haven't sold it already.
