Just now, while reading this very website. My bike has just been reversed into by a guy who lives on my street. I heard the crash from my desk and knew right away it was my bike. I almost lamped the guy straight off. I calmed down quickly though and he apologised lots.
I just inspected the damage and it doesn't look too bad. Broken front brake lever, bent bars, bent rear brake pedal, broken footpeg. scratched engine casing.
Its not gonna be too expensive to fix. The biggest job will be the engine casing. It's just really REALLY annoying.

ouch! is he (or his insurance) gonna pay for it?? if he's gonna pay, but not go through insurance, be aware how much parts are from Triumph - clutch cover £130, brake pedal £50, handle bars £79, footpeg £41 ! those are from the quote for my TBS - if he's gonna pay, dont want him thinking its £50 worth then backing out once he sees those prices!

yea $75 US for the foot peg ! i know that , lol

didn't take out the turn signal or headlamp bracket it attaches to ?

make sure you get the bike back into good order . good luck
