Denny - will do! Hey - any chance you might do the mid-Ohio mini-Raid in July? I'm planning to ride up the weekend before, leave the bike with a friend (who also has a TB) and fly back. Then fly back up again for the mid-Ohio weekend.

I am planning to go to Mid Ohio this year. I'll be riding from here and leaving on Thursday. I want to be there when the track gates open on Friday morning.

I have one, and it works perfectly. The only slight problem is that there are so many graduations on the handle it is difficult to see them. Some sort of audible click mechanism, wouild have been better. The grads. do making fine adjustment more precise.

Something else - it's listed as "right-angled" but it's not is it? It's actually 60 degrees. Will that be an issue or not, on the centre carb?
I can't see a 60 degree unit working, IMO only a 90 degree unit work do it. But I'm willing to change my mind if you get it working.

OK - per Denny's request - my review of the MCM Electronics offset screwdriver. Basically.... it might work. :-D

You have to remove that front grip first which just slides off so that's no problem. It's actually a 60 degree offset but that's not the problem, but the head is pretty fat and it fouls the coolant hose that runs behind the block. (I think the one that Steve found at http://www.sjgreatdeals.com/lsd51130.html would have the same problem.)

So it felt like I was able to get it onto the centre carb screwhead but obviously I did not want to actually turn it. So it's difficult to say unequivocally that it would work. But it is very cheap compared to the Morgan (for us here in the US due to the lousy exchange rate).

Bollocks! Just noticed I screwed up the USD calculation of the price of the Morgan. Should be GBP36 less 17.5% VAT plus GBP15 shipping would be USD89.

I have the same type screwdriver. It works well, but for the middle carb mixture screw you have to do some two-hand acrobatics to keep it positioned.

There used to be a small ratcheting allen (hex) bit driver set/handle available. Was very common in the electronics & service catalogs. Would probably work well (it had a serrated tip/handle to the bits that extended behind the handle so you could turn the bit with your fingers). Couldn't find it the other day.

Yes - that one's been mentioned before in discussions but the price is very off-putting. :-D

Any idea of the head dimensions? The carbtune unit mentioned in an earlier reply is 32mm high. The motionpro one looks a bit less if anything.
Both are good looking tools and would likely do the job. and its 36 British pounds vs 90 US dollars, so to Australia it would be about the same cost around $100 Australian [actually approx. $95 vs $105 excluding postage].

Thanks! I appreciate the offer! But, after reading the many posts on carb tuning, I've come to the conclusion that it's a bit of a black art. I actually have a dynojet lit for my Mikunis and I just plan on giving it and the bike to my dealer to fit and tune. I'll stick to what I know which is basic wrenching.
